Summer on Florida’s Space Coast means more than just beach days, it’s the perfect season for kids to hit the courts and grow their love for the game at tennis camp. At the Racquet Club of Cocoa Beach, young players are building confidence, improving their skills, and discovering just how fun and rewarding tennis can be.
This USTA Florida-managed facility has become a summer staple for families looking to keep their kids active and engaged. Located just minutes from the coast, the camp combines the laid-back energy of Cocoa Beach with a structured, skill-focused program that’s designed for players of all levels—from first-timers to more advanced competitors.
The summer has already seen strong participation. In June, 50 campers took part in the weekly sessions, and July is already off to a great start with 41 players signed up. The camp continues into the first week of August, giving families one more chance to join in before the school year begins.
Each day at the Racquet Club of Cocoa Beach features a full-day schedule filled with engaging drills, point play, and ball progression activities using Red, Orange, Green, and Yellow balls. With guidance from certified coaches, players learn everything from the basics of stroke technique to developing strategy and teamwork during match play. The camp also emphasizes sportsmanship and inclusion, making it a positive environment where kids feel encouraged and supported.
Whether your child is swinging a racquet for the first time or preparing for their next big match, this camp is a great place to be. The Racquet Club of Cocoa Beach is proud to offer a program that blends development with fun, helping young players fall in love with tennis while staying active all summer long.
